UL, LLC Project Assistant (Italian speaking) in Barcelona, Spain

As a Project Assistant, you will maintain regular communication with our customers throughout the planning phase of the projects lifecycle. Your will ensure customer satisfaction, manage expectations, and promptly address any concerns or issues. You will work closely with our fantastic team of project engineers, commercial team and the operation managers to ensure the best quality of service.

  • Maintains regular and proactive communication with customers to clarify what are the critical items (information and samples) needed for UL to start the product evaluation.

  • Discusses customer´s needs, provides updates, sets expectations, and addresses any questions or concerns.

  • Monitors project progress and tracks milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

  • Organizes regular follow-up meetings or calls with customers to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Documents and maintains comprehensive records of all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

  • Continuously improves customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback, identifying trends, and implementing necessary changes or improvements.

  • Degree in business administration, project management, or related field (preferred).

  • 2-3 years of experience in project handling or customer service roles, with a focus on customer communication and satisfaction.

  • Advanced level of English and Italian is a must.

  • Good knowledge of MS office programs.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
