Aerotek Production Associate in Chanhassen, Minnesota

Openings:
Equipment Technicians (8 total openings)
We're looking for an equipment technician to set up machines and ensure machines are running at peak efficiency through proper set-up, adjustment, preventative maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs. Candidates with a mechanical aptitude will be considered (individuals who worked on a farm or as a mechanic, for example).
Operators (36 total openings)
The Lettershop department has different areas within the department. (Commingle, Bindery, Affixing and Inserting)
Material Handlers (4 total openings)
The Material Handler efficiently delivers materials and supplies using pallet jacks, high lifts, and power jacks.
Shift/Schedule:
A Shift: 6am - 6pm (Rotating 2-2-3 schedule)
B Shift: 6pm - 6am (Rotating 2-2-3 schedule)
C Shift: 6am - 6pm (Rotating 2-2-3 schedule)
D Shift: 6pm - 6am (Rotating 2-2-3 schedule)
A/C - Day Shifts (6am - 6pm)
B/D - Night Shifts (6pm - 6am)
( Days of the week worked depend on set schedule )
Qualifications:
Must have a GED or higher
Must have basic computer skills (browse the internet)
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts
Must have a minimum of 6 months work history
Process:
NO interview, phone screen + walkthrough/tour onsite once offered the role based on resume and phone screen with Aerotek.
They are looking to start 2 individuals per shift / per week. 8 in total/week! They would like individuals to start the week of Monday the 20th!
