Enterprise Account Manager: PlanITROI seeks a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts and nurturing relationships with our enterprise-level clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products or services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the enterprise market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise-level clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.

  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Drive growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.

  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to address client needs proactively.

  • Prepare and present regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service-level agreements.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related working experience.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the enterprise market.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account management best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
