iCIMS Professional Services Resource Coordinator in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India

Job Overview

e’re looking for a highly data-driven individual to join iCIMS as a Professional Services Resource coordinator. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative analyses, and provide vital support to ensure all teams are efficiently completing their targets! You will be responsible for standardizing all tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at driving revenue, operational efficiency and go-to-market productivity.

Responsibilities

  •      Efficiently input, verify, and update a high volume of data into Salesforce, Certinia, and other internal tools with velocity and accuracy.

  •      Utilize professional services automation tools such as Certinia PSA, Salesforce and other tools to allocate resources effectively.

  •      Monitor and adjust resource allocations based on project priorities and changing business needs.

  •      Develop and maintain resource management processes and documentation.

  •      Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.

  •      Collaborate closely and follow-up with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  •      Assist in the development and implementation of data entry standards and protocols.

  •      Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes and workflows, including documenting changes in Confluence and other internal systems.

  •      Ensure compliance with company data management policies and procedures.

  •      Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as required.

  •      Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects related to data collection, data entry, and data cleansing.

  •      Act as a resource for colleagues, answering data-related inquiries and providing guidance on internal data processes.

  •      Maintain and update data dictionaries in Confluence, SharePoint, and other internal systems.

  •      Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  •      Work timingss are from 3PM to 12 AM IST

  •  2-4 years of experience in a data entry focused role.

  •      Excellent organizational and typing skills with strong attention to detail.

  •      Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  •      Ability to work independently, without detailed instructions.

  •      Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a constantly changing and fast paced environment.

  •      High level of proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  •      Prior experience working with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) software is highly desirable.

  •      Demonstrated commitment to customer service.

  •      Outstanding follow-up, organizational, and planning skills.

  •      Strong business ethics and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  •      Ability to work in a team atmosphere.

  •      Strong results orientation.

Preferred
