Our client is a World-Class healthcare company with an upcoming class in August for Service Center Representatives in San Diego, CA! This position will train onsite from August to October, before moving to remote. Only candidates local to San Diego will be considered. In this role, you will be assisting insurance members with finance related issues (payment discrepancies, etc.), membership enrollment, and general customer service. This is not a call center. This is a 6-month contract, with potential to extend. Qualified applicants will receive a required assessment. Must pass all categories to be considered, per the hiring manager.
salary: $22.99 - $23 per hour

Responsibilities
Enrollment processing for Medicare
Enter the electronic form into proprietary system
Membership processing
Preparation and validation of information
Finance related activities (account resolution, payment discrepancies, data entry, etc.)
Will make outbound calls to members to verify information
Answer inbound calls with professionalism and proactive customer service skills
