ServiceNow (MyServices)Test Lead

We're on a mission to optimize IT and revolutionize the business. To achieve this, we're seeking a talented Agile Test Lead to join our team and make a global impact through our ServiceNow platform. By understanding and addressing a good test strategy as much automated as possible. You'll enable new features and constantly seek ways to improve the testing delivery of a best service to our customers.

As a ServiceNow Agile Test lead, you'll play a crucial role in enabling ServiceNow landscape delivery. You'll be part of strategic decisions to empower our colleagues across all BI locations worldwide and collaborate directly with ServiceNow and other onboarded clients.

In your role as a ServiceNow Agile Test lead, you'll work alongside other roles like architects, team leads, business process consultants, other development scrum teams within the BI environment, which will continuously expose you to the latest technologies and help you growing as well.

*Tasks and responsibilities *

• In your new role, an overall revision and redefinition of the test strategy is required, to leverage optimized out of the box capabilities from ServiceNow. With potential identification of other test tools in the company which can be as well integrated together.

• You’ll develops and executes comprehensive test plans, aligns them with project requirements, contributes to the definition and implementation of testing strategies, identifies testing risks, proposes solutions, and ensures high-quality testing practices.

• You’ll provide expert insights, leads testing initiatives, contributes to increasing software quality by identifying potential defects, and designs and implements automated test cases using various testing frameworks.

• Lead and execute comprehensive testing activities to ensure software reliability in your responsibility. Consistently deliver high-quality testing outcomes, minimizing defects in software solutions.

• Additionally, you ensure that Boehringer validation and architectural governance is followed in any test implementation and contribute to keep it up to date when required. Lead the identification and resolution of testing risks and challenges.

• Facilitate adoption of ServiceNow test automation and processes across our different organizations according to industry best practices. Connection with the internal community of testing.

• Lastly, you assist in making informed decisions based on a thorough understanding of how process or system changes may impact other processes, systems, or people. You also encourage strategies for continuous improvement leveraging last technologies.

*Requirements  *

• Extensive experience in testing methodologies, various testing tools, automation testing, performance, and security testing.

• Experience in system lifecycle management and software development.

• Experience in ServiceNow testing, development, and expertise in ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, and SecOps skills as a bonus

• A proactive attitude that challenges the status quo, embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional international teams.

• Expert on Agile methodologies: SCRUM.

• Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to travel
