Finance, Marketing and Human Resources and Sales you will have an opportunity to support strategic reporting direction for our Sales Team, in particular our Field Sales Team. We are looking for someone who is able to lead strategic

projects and meet deadlines whilst accelerating and building trusted relationships.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The Sales Operations Manager - is an exciting Sales Leadership role who will work in partnership and alongside the Sales Leadership Team (SLT), reporting into the Sales Director. Working at a National level, the key responsibilities of

this role include Salesforce Management and Planning, Commercial Reporting, Leading Sales Incentives and managing commercial third parties. Strong project management and system improvement are critical skills required for this role to successfully support the sales function on delivering the Brown-Forman business strategy. This Role will require excellent cross functional stakeholder management.

What You Can Expect

● Manage Salesforce Operations for the total Australian Sales function.

● Deliver Quarter Sales Briefings planning and execution, in partnership with Marketing.

● Manage the Field Sales Short Term Incentive and develop clear performance and execution targets for the team, whilst managing the monthly reporting analysis providing recommendations.

● Leading System and Tool Development (Segmentation and Salesforce Tools).

● Lead third party management, with our strategic partnership team (National Accounts/Chains) and Telesales end to end campaigns.

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 8 years of sales in FMCG Company

• Proven experience in using data analytics to enhance and optimise business process and operations.

• Excellent skills in data analysis and reporting to build influential presentations

• Experiencing managing a range of projects at any one given time

• Excellent skills in cross functional influence and stakeholder management
