Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or instructional role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Skills:

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attributes:

Passionate about training and employee development.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Enthusiastic about fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
