TEKsystems Client Service Representative in Westborough, Massachusetts

We are hiring for a Client Service Representative to join our growing team in Westborough, Mass with a top financial services organization!

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year Call Center Customer Service Experience

  • Proven track record of stable employment

  • Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8a-8p Monday - Friday (stable shift once assigned)

  • Prior banking customer service experience preferred, not required

Job Description:

• Handle mutual fund and investment management accounts

• Will communicate with Brokers, Shareholders, Stockholders regarding fund accounts

• Will be responsible for fielding inbound calls regarding these accounts

• Update account data in multiple systems and software's

The selected candidate will provide quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Under direct supervision, the candidate performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions. The candidate will respond to customer inquiries., they will investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements. The candidate responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. The candidate will record details about customer inquiries. the selected candidate will help resolve complicated customer complaints, and will coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
