Accounts Payable (AP)is responsible for the timely and correct processing of particular accounting transactions according to corporate documentation.

Trade Compliance Vendor supportentails dealing with vendors' inquiries and providing a high quality of customer service. Main responsibility is coordination and collection of Long Term Supplier's Declaration forms in the PHConnect TradeCompliance Module all over the Parker EMEA locations.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Providing high quality of customer service

  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with Suppliers and Local Business Units

  • Contacting suppliers to fill out data regarding Long Term Supplier's Declaration forms in PHConnect

  • Ensuring data quality and track the status of completion

  • Setting up new suppliers/users in PHConnect

  • Supporting suppliers with technical issues, coordinating support with PHC Supplier side team

  • Consolidating and optimizing supplier data in the system

What makes you a good fit for this role?

  • Good command of English (at least B2)

  • 1-2 years of commercial professional experience preferably in comparable position and industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities

  • Willingness to learn about PHConnect software set up

  • Experience in a similar role (as an advantage)
