Description
Director, Evenings M-F , 4-12:30am
Carry 3-4 Client cases on a consistent basis; subject to patient census.
Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.
Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations.
Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage.
Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, CASAC required
At least 3 years managing and developing a team
Proven leadership skills a must
Organizational skills a must
Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully
Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization
Salary Description
$55k to $60k
