Job Description:

Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

We are seeking a hard-working, team-oriented PT who will work with our Essentia Health-Ada rehabilitation team.

  • This is a1.0 FTE, full-time position.

  • The position is eligible for full-time benefits.

  • The PT will work 1 holiday a year and 1 weekend per quarter.

  • This is primarily an outpatient position, with some inpatient work as needed

  • Patients are a wide variety diagnoses, including chronic and acute orthopedics, neurologic, gait/balance and post-surgical.

  • The Ada Therapy team consists of 2 PTs, 1 PTA, 2 OTs, and referring providers from both family practice and other specialties.
