Our client, an automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Director of Treasury to join their team. As a Director of Treasury, you will be part of the Treasury Department supporting the CFO. The ideal candidate will have an extensive treasury background, have a hands-on approach and be proactive which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Director of Treasury

Location: Akron, OH 44333

Pay Range: $160,000 - $190,0000/yr.

What’s the Job?

  • Maintain treasury controls procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee all domestic and international treasury operations.

  • Manage lender relationships including preparation for quarterly earnings calls, and follow up calls.

  • Review and execute hedging transactions and strategies as needed.

  • Monitor and manage daily cash position for domestic and international operations including intercompany balances and transfers.

What’s Needed?

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience with liquidity, cash management and cash forecasting.

  • Strong analytical and strategic cash forecasting abilities.

  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system).

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate great attention to detail.
