ManpowerGroup Director of Treasury in Akron, Ohio
Our client, an automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Director of Treasury to join their team. As a Director of Treasury, you will be part of the Treasury Department supporting the CFO. The ideal candidate will have an extensive treasury background, have a hands-on approach and be proactive which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Director of Treasury
Location: Akron, OH 44333
Pay Range: $160,000 - $190,0000/yr.
What’s the Job?
Maintain treasury controls procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee all domestic and international treasury operations.
Manage lender relationships including preparation for quarterly earnings calls, and follow up calls.
Review and execute hedging transactions and strategies as needed.
Monitor and manage daily cash position for domestic and international operations including intercompany balances and transfers.
What’s Needed?
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
10+ years of experience with liquidity, cash management and cash forecasting.
Strong analytical and strategic cash forecasting abilities.
Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system).
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate great attention to detail.
