Health Advocates Network Administrative Assistant in Albany, New York
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $25 / hour
Shift details:
- M-F 37.5 hours up to 40. 8am-4pm
Duties:
Assist with processing Client credit card charges in the Statewide Financial System (SFS)- verify coding of charges and ensure completion of supporting documentation
Assist with hiring of temporary employees under OGS' HBITS and Administrative Services contracts - preparation/submission of paperwork to OGS, review vendor submissions, scheduling of interviews in MS Teams, act as liaison between business unit and temporary employment agencies, coordinate onboarding
Assist with management of Client subscriptions and memberships - record payments and maintain spreadsheets
Assist with HBITS invoicing process - review invoices and timecards to ensure accuracy, request adjustments when necessary
Perform various other duties in support of OFM office operations (examples include posting of permanent recruitments to professional websites, responding to Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests, etc.)
Desired skills:
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Reliability, time and attendance
Ability to work effectively and professionally with vendors and Client staff at all levels
Excellent writing and communication skills
