Position Highlights:
3pm-11pm work schedule, eligible for shift differential!
Rotating weekend, eligible for weekend shift differential!

What’s Required?
NYS LPN License
Must love helping others, be patient and understanding
Must enjoy older adults—they are diverse, have life experiences and humor to share with you.
Responsibilities:
Administer Medications – ideal for those who take pride in attention to detail
Monitor vitals
Use your knowledge of each resident to notice changes; play a key role in alerting RNs, NPs, and Physicians so we can all achieve the best outcomes for our residents!
Coordinate care and services for residents

Pay Range:$24.00 - $30.10
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
