The Administrative Nursing Supervisor provides consistent on-site administrative coverage for the hospital. The focus of this coverage is maintaining normal

hospital operations, through problem-solving and crisis intervention. The Administrative Nursing Supervisor collaborates with the

Triage Manager for incoming transfers to AMC from other emergency departments or inpatient services, evaluates staffing and allocation of human resources, and facilitates the necessary resources for

patient discharge and placement within the community. This includes unit-based assistance in decision making related to staffing, conflict resolution between units,

and service recovery for patients and their families.

Hourly Range : $43.14 - $71.18
