Complete Perfection Construction, LLC (Albany, NY) seeks Roofers to install new roofs on structures with shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminum, wood, or related materials. Spray roofs, sidings, and walls with material to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof sections of structures; repair roofs, including filling in holes, replacing missing shingles and flashing, working on the chimney, removing water damaged pieces; and inspect roofs for routine examinations, and create comprehensive reports for any problem areas and potential solutions. Establish scaffolding and other pieces of safety equipment, and ensure workers on project site are always working in a safe, secure manner. Sell certain services to clients, such as waterproofing or adding a skylight. Install proper insulation in the attic area, and tear out any old insulation that does not meet current state guidelines. Apply paint to the surface of the roof to enhance appearance. Unanticipated travel to customer locations within Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer and Saratoga Counties of New York.
