ManpowerGroup Machine Operator 1st Shift in Alexandria, Minnesota
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and some mechanical ability which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator 1st Shift
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Range: $17-$18/hour
What's the Job?
Operate metal stamping machines efficiently and safely.
Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
What's Needed?
Above average computer skills.
Some mechanical ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
No previous experience required; we welcome driven candidates early in their manufacturing career.
