Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, effectively addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in both English and Spanish.

  • Provide information regarding products, services, and policies through phone, email, or other communication channels.

  • Solve customer issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Assist customers with insurance billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the organization's CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

  • At least two years of experience in a customer service role.

  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance billing processes and procedures.

  • Proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and general healthcare industry practices.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a higher degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

  • Ability to manage patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
