COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE/ CASHIER
Hours: M-F 8-5
Compensation: $14+/hr (based on experience)

Description: The Counter Sales Associate will take and fill customer orders at the shop counter. Associate greets customers, processes transactions, takes payment, and will fill orders from inside sales during any downtime. Associate is expected to keep work area neat and organized.
Required:
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Punctuality
- Professional attitude and conduct High safety standards
- Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis
- Proficient computer skills, ability to use ERP system
- Ability to read, write, count, and make change
Preferred:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Warehouse
- Shipping/receiving
- Picking/packing sales orders
- Forklift/picker operation
- Counter/register
- Knowledge/experience in fastener industry is helpful
