The Delivery Architect is a key member of the high-level technical team, serving as an Enterprise Architect focused on guiding and overseeing technical aspects during the transition and delivery phases. This role involves providing expertise to ensure a smooth transition of systems and processes, aligning with enterprise architecture principles.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites applications for the role of Managed Services Delivery Architect. Based in Alpharetta, GA, this position is integral to our business, offering strategic direction and expertise throughout the lifecycle of our projects.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture both immediate and long-term business and operational requirements, along with technical constraints. Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in the development of transition and delivery strategies, ensuring they are aligned with our overarching architecture principles and operational goals. Identify new opportunities and support business development efforts with technical insights for deal proposals. Establish thought leadership by contributing to publications and presenting at conferences. Maintain and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to achieve satisfaction. Conduct analyses of systems and processes to identify requirements and challenges, ensuring readiness for transition, delivery, and ongoing operations. Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient, with a focus on future operability, automation, and ease of service.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience in IT infrastructure project planning and execution. Background in data center management, including administration, project management, and operations. Familiarity with a variety of technologies in enterprise environments. Proven leadership in guiding project teams. Resilience, adaptability, and willingness to travel (up to 75%). Deep understanding of ITIL 4 principles and service management practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of cloud solutions and current industry trends. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills.
