Job Title: Machine Operator
Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Pay Rate Range: $16.64 - $18.64
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our day shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machines operate efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
Keep accurate records of production and machine performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
Basic mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.64 - $18.64/hr.
