Removes part from the molds in a safe, efficient manner depending on production schedule using the proper tools. Reports to work on time for designated shift. Adheres to company policies and procedures. Remove parts from molds. Moves molds as needed. Is able to operate necessary equipment to assist in removing parts from molds and moving molds and parts as needed for production.Efficiently operates hoist to assist in the pulling process. Responsible for clean and orderly workstation. Moves parts from station to station as needed. Can fullfill the needs of the department outside general responsibilities when given direction. Performs related duties as assigned. Minimum education level required, however GED or equivalent preferred. Previous lamination experience preferred. Must be able to read and write. Must wear personal protective equipment, including gloves, apron, hearing protection, safety glasses and ocasionally a respirator. Plant enviroment varies with outside temperture and noise levels vary in different production areas. Language skills- Able to understand spoken instructions with regard to job training and safety concerns and the ability to speak conversational English. Reasoning skills-Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed finishing of all products. Ability to deal with changes related to equipment use and productivity. No travel required in this position.
