Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Anaheim Hills, California. This role primarily involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing accounting procedures, maintaining financial records, and supporting informed financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and possess skills such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents
• Oversee accounting procedures including tax returns, budgeting, and month-end closures
• Maintain general ledgers, accounts payable files, and other financial records
• Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations
• Analyze financial data and provide financial information to management
• Support informed financial decision-making by providing relevant financial insights and analysis. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of three years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Demonstrated experience in performing Bank Reconciliations.
• Expertise in maintaining and managing General Ledger.
• Ability to prepare and process Journal Entries.
• Proficient in handling Month End Close activities.
• Knowledge or experience using NetSuite software.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial software system.
• Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
• Proficiency in using SAP for accounting and financial purposes.
