Responsibilities
The role will be 'field based' & responsible for all sales related activities in the territory of key accounts: Birmingham, Coventry, Cambridge and Stoke.
This will be working for the Codman Specialty Surgical (CSS) division of Integra. The division is split into four key areas:
Advanced Energy (Neuro & Liver)
Dural Access & Repair
Neuro Critical Care
(CSF) Hydrocephalus
Primary responsibilities will be:
Develop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to.
Attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives as defined by country manager and corporate senior management.
Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each calendar year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals.
Work with peers when called upon to support case coverage and inventory requests.
Take initiative to identify new business opportunities and work strategically.
Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing and product development teams
Maintain high level of technical, product and disease state knowledge.
Provide a consultative role in the OR environment in accordance with specific product indications
Operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures
Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures within Integra and the respective country Codes of Conduct.
Work in close collaboration with Quotes & Tenders department
Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner and as defined by management.
Apply the 'Challenger' sales methodology:
Investigate like a challenger
Use deal drills
Develop and apply customer specific challenger messages
Teach, tailor and take control to WIN.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Neurosurgical sales
Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs and challenges facing our customers today and when necessary an ability to challenge the customers' perceptions in the correct manner.
Knowledge of Challenger Sales Methodology is a plus
A Degree level is mandatory as a minimum requirement.
Competency of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and PPT
Ability to work well as part of a high performance team.
Align with our UK team culture.
Full 'Clean' Driving license
Covid vaccinations
