- Assigning daily work orders to the maintenance team
- Ensuring all maintenance tasks are being completed efficiently and safely
- Completing work orders daily
- Carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, light electrical, boiler repair and appliance repair
- Apartment turnovers
- Maintain grounds with morning clean up duties
- Snow removal
1 week on call rotations
