Position Overview
We are hiring a Bioscience Sales Manager. The Bioscience Sales Manager will be responsible for sales of Fujifilm’s Life Science Products.
This position will support North America markets.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the Generalist Sales Team to achieve region sales targets for Bioproduction, Cell & Gene Therapy, Recombinant Growth Factors, Wako Lab Chemicals, and Wako Pyrogen Testing in assigned territory
Guide Generalist Sales Team to support assigned distribution partners in the region by participating in workdays, vendor shows and sales training
Perform Funnel Reviews on a routine basis with Generalist Sales Team and provide them with information and requirements needed to advance opportunities and close orders
Provide information to internal teams on customer feedback, market updates and competitor information
Complete all assigned training and classes
Attend all required meetings
Required Skills/Education
Bachelor's degree
3 to 5 years of sales management
Biotech, Pharma, Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
Experience building sales teams
Understanding of sales process and definitions
Training tools for Sales Teams
Market Dynamics of individual sales territories
Funnel Management
Salary and Benefits:
For California, the base salary range for this position is$86,005 - $120,510. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
