Are you an individual looking for a great career with opportunity for advancement?  The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), in the Office of Administration, Bureau of Federal Budgeting is seeking a detail-oriented Fiscal Management Specialist 2 to join our team. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Fiscal Management Specialist 2, you will have the opportunity to independently analyze data, reconcile expenditures, calculate payroll projections, and monitor commitments associated with multiple cooperative agreements. Additionally, you will prepare reports, conduct research, oversee fund management, and provide recommendations to ensure policy compliance. This role, which values your independence, will be evaluated by an administrative supervisor based on effectiveness and accomplishments. Help our team manage federal funds accurately.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment; 75 hours bi-weekly Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, 5 days out of 10 days. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. . If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Annville. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 1; or One year of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements: You must possess a valid federal or state-issued photo ID and pass a favorable NCIC screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
