Our client is seeking a System Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong background in Electronic Health Record (EHR) administration, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Appleton, WI (Onsite)
What's the Job?
Provide support for end users to solve problems or answer questions relating to department issued hardware and software.
Serve as a liaison between department staff, state system staff, and outside vendors.
Conduct systems analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new technologies.
Provide training on system applications to department employees at various locations.
Ensure all aspects of the EHR and related systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) administration & support.
Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and report writing.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under time constraints.
