Senior Financial Analyst- Dairy FoodsWe are actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial planning & analysis support for businesses within the Dairy Foods portfolio ($4B in sales). You will be a trusted business partner and key player in providing insights and decision support. Your focus will be across all of Dairy Foods Sustainability and Dairy Foods Risk Management.This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week)Qualified internal Land O'Lakes employee's outside of Arden Hills may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.Key Responsibilities Include:Support Dairy Foods sustainability by:o Ensuring adequate processes and controls are in place to support dairy foods sustainabilityo Analyzing and advocating for financially sound sustainability decisionso Contract review (pressure testing for risk)o Providing support to cross functional teams in pursuit of sustainability goalsBe a liaison between P&L owners and sourcing team for all risk positionsPrepare and communicate weekly commodity risk positions and financial impacts for Dairy Foods, main focus will be US Dairy Foods (USDF) and Specialty PowdersPrepare periodic outlook of opportunities and risks to total Dairy Foods performanceMonthly reporting on Global Dairy Ingredients (GDI) financialsSpecial projects as assigned for Dairy Foods BusinessesExperience & Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CMA or CPA desiredMinimum 5-7 years related work experienceStrong understanding of the interconnectivity between the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flowsPrevious experience with executive level reporting and communicationsPrior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, OBI, Power BI, JDE applications, Microsoft Office or other similar systemsCompetencies & Skills:Highly driven, self-motivated and strong internal driveIntellectual curiosity; strive to challenge for continuous learningStrong problem-solving skills and an ability to perform well in a dynamic environmentStrong communication skills, written and verbal, including ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audienceStrategic thinking and planning skillsAnalytical and quantitative with strong financial analysis skillsAble to work with and gain insights from various sources of data across the organizationProcess orientation, including ability to question, streamline, and improve existing processesAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
