Robert Half Marketing Assistant in Arden, North Carolina

Description We are in search of a Marketing Assistant for our organization in the Non-Profit industry, based in Arden, North Carolina. This role provides an opportunity for you to assist in the coordination of blood drive events, acting as a liaison with coordinators at partnering businesses, and working alongside our marketing team. You will be expected to have a flexible schedule, accommodating both 1st/2nd shift work and occasional weekends. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the booking and organization of blood drive events.

• Liaise with blood drive coordinators at partnering businesses.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

• Manage email marketing campaigns and direct marketing initiatives.

• Handle account management duties such as account maintenance and key account management.

• Schedule and coordinate events, ensuring smooth event handling.

• Conduct follow-up interviews with candidates through virtual platforms like Zoom.

• Conduct assessments of candidates, ensuring their background aligns well with the role. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Email Marketing strategies and execution

• Experience in designing and implementing Direct Marketing Campaigns

• Proven ability in Account Management, including the maintenance and growth of key accounts

• Exhibited skills in Scheduling and managing timelines for various marketing projects

• Experience in Coordinating Events, including logistics, vendor relationships, and attendee management

• Aptitude for Event Coordination, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently

• Ability to handle Event logistics, from planning stages to post-event analysis.

• Experience in the Non-Profit industry is preferred but not required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
