Actalent Pharmacy Technician in Ashland, Virginia
Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Responsibilities
Enter new orders, DC’s, STAT orders, Accuflow Change logs, mail orders, CII evaluations, and manage work queues and blister management.
Admit patients into the pharmacy system and ensure accurate data entry using the Framework / DocuTrack system.
Research, follow up, and troubleshoot prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
Resolve discrepancies in orders with customers, including handling illegible prescriptions and potential medication concerns.
Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to achieve department goals and objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client services, policies, and procedures.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and customers.
Respond to customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
