Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist at our location. In the manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a balance between the needs of the company and the welfare of our employees.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently conduct new permanent orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding of employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and process relevant paperwork.
• Handle employee relations with a positive and friendly approach.
• Oversee and execute benefit functions, ensuring that all employees are well-informed about their entitlements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and ADP - Financial Services tools for efficient HR management.
• Actively monitor and manage employee accounts, taking necessary action when required.
• Resolve employee inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability in Compliance management
• Expertise in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations
• Experience in Onboarding new employees TalentMatch®
