In the role as an Associate Director-Technology II, you will supervise a target size team of 10 or more IT employees that are responsible for the development and delivery of IT related work relative to the technical sub families including Agile, Business Support, Program and Portfolio support, and Technical Disciplines of Software Delivery Proj/Prog Mgmt for Cricket Wireless Digital and Care technical organization.

Organization partners with clients to incrementally delivery new functionality using practices supported by scrum ( https://scrumguides.org/ ).

Teams focus on value delivery across www.cricketwireless.com , myCricket app, tryCricket app, IVR and internal tooling for the care organization.

Teams are combination of employees and contractors from vendor partners which are enabled by set of common priorities and business drivers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervising Scrum Masters for the Cricket Wireless DigiCare organization.

Fostering coordination and collaboration by DigiCare teams across the broader

Cricket Wireless and AT&T organization.

Grows digital and care client relationships by leveraging embedded team practices and true empowered scrum teams.

Manages a team that provides IT system solutions and performs functions involved in the development and integrity of new applications or systems or the support and maintenance of existing applications or systems.

Coordinates software development lifecycle process.

In addition, may assist in the coordination, evaluation and partnership with technology vendors, outside consultants and internal dotted line resources as needed.

Works closely with other business areas, as well as other IT organizations, to identify and quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develop and implement business strategy, and assist in setting strategic technical direction.

May assist in providing leadership for efforts, including such activities as collaborating with the client to develop business cases, defining business and technical requirements, preparing plans and schedules, providing ongoing coordination and tracking of capital and expense funding.

Supervises and develops a team of subordinates, conducts joint goal setting and performance reviews, as well as assists in the allocation of resources, financial responsibilities and some long-range planning.

Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer or Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Typically requires 8-10 years experience.

This position is located in Atlanta, GA. There is No Relocation assistance provided.

Our Associate Director-Technology II Managers earn between $155,400 - $233,200 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
