How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Manager, Retail Store Marketing is responsible for leading CRI’s store marketing strategy across the North America retail business, executing impactful local and national marketing programs that drive traffic and sales. This individual will support the Sr. Director of GTM in managing and growing store marketing initiatives, executing marketing plans and partnering cross-functionally to build strategies to align with business goals.
Store Marketing Activations and Events - 30%
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver on annual retail traffic and transaction goals
Responsible for activating retail marketing initiatives, offers and programs designed to drive traffic to local stores (i.e. Tax Free, Veteran’s Day Offer)
Champion store marketing activations and work cross functionally to ensure seamless execution and timely roll-out of programs to the field
Instill focus on local and store marketing and emphasis on store support across the marketing department on an ongoing basis
Manage store marketing calendar across channels to establish an integrated, holistic view of in-store marketing cadence, events and messaging
Provide direction to channel counterparts for local and store focused creative needs
Actively participate in creative reviews and provide feedback
New Store Openings, Remodels, Relocations, and Priority Store Marketing Support - 30%
Work cross functionally to develop marketing strategy for new store openings, remodels, relocations, and other priority stores:
Local Store Marketing plan development
Grand Opening Marketing plan
90-day Marketing plan development
Support cross-functional partners such as Store Operations, Real Estate and Finance on new and struggling stores
Work with store operations and the field to assist with local and regional support for priority stores
Lead hindsight and reporting process to collect feedback and iterate based on results
Local and Mall & Center Marketing Programs - 20%
Develop and foster relationships with National Retail Developers to support marketing programs at the national, regional and local levels
Creation of monthly newsletter communication and promotional assets for local marketing utilization
Lead Mall & Center marketing program and make recommendations for growth to drive impact
Evaluate local mall and center events and opportunities for participation on an ongoing basis
Spearhead new local initiatives and champion them across the organization to get the materials and support required for execution
Store Reimagine and Atlanta Store Marketing Activations and Events - 20%
Create and manage local events calendar for new local Atlanta store
Ensure seamless execution of Atlanta local events, hindsight and iterate based on results
Provide innovative ideas to infuse into Atlanta and store reimagine experience that can be tested and executed at scale to drive business impact

Skills and Experience:
3-7 years of relevant Marketing experience
Project management skills - Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs
Clear understanding of the retail marketing planning process
Apparel, retail and/or wholesale marketing experience in a multi-channel environment
Experience working in environments where cross-functional collaboration and leading through influence are keys to success
Understanding retail marketing mix - online, direct marketing, advertising, PR, etc.
Previous Local and Store Marketing experience required
