As a Principal Cybersecurity Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and programs that support the deployment of critical cybersecurity ServiceNow solutions into production. Responsibilities will include the creation of milestones, metrics, dependencies, and timelines and driving progress towards meeting those timelines. This role will manage communications across stakeholders, vendors, network, engineering, operations teams and application owners impacted by the program. This position also involves the creation of metrics and communications to leadership and across the organization that will clearly identify the progress of the projects/programs that are being managed. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.
This position will primarily function as Technology Project/Program Manager responsible for leading several ServiceNow implementations supporting CSO programs from end-to-end. The position will report results to the executive program office and to leadership across multiple organizations. The programs impact multiple organizations within the Chief Security Office and are multi-year, high visibility, and complex.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of project management experience leading large, transformative engagements, managing with Agile, SAFe and/or SCRUM frameworks.
• Proven success in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Confidence in driving project teams through a proven methodology to successful delivery.
• Self-motivated, high-energy, proactive disposition and a team player mentality.
• Demonstrated experience with the Agile methodology, leading sprint planning, driving team progress against forecasted project plans.
• A calm, adaptable, and driven approach to both client engagements and internal efforts/teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master or PMP certification are desirable
• ServiceNow Fundamentals certification
• ServiceNow PPM application
• Microsoft Project
Education:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Typically requires 8-10 years of experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $158,200.00-$237,400.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
