We are looking for an energetic administrative professional to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You’ll support a team of Construction Project Managers and have an integral role in keeping our projects running smoothly!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Prepare various forms as directed by Projects Managers (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Professional Service Agreements, and transmittals).

  • Compliance management – including Certificate of Insurance, signed agreements and required Safety documents.

  • Project Document Management - including drawings, specifications, RFI’s, submittals and associated logs on FTP site, Plangrid and Procore.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and coordinate communication with vendors and customers in the event of a Project Manager’s absence

  • Maintain various lists for Project Managers including job list for each region, subcontract tracking lists

  • Typing/preparing various items such as letters, memos and proposals as needed

  • Make travel arrangements when necessary

  • Back-up front desk and reception to answer incoming phone calls and welcome visitors

  • Assist in planning events and cultural initiatives for the office (team building activities, holiday decorating events, community service events, other miscellaneous events)

  • Process outgoing mail and packages as needed

  • Office and Marketing inventory and admistrative duties

  • Take a lead role in upholding our work hard/play hard company culture

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of related project/office administration experience, construction, architectural or engineering industry (plus)

  • Experience working in Procore or other construction management software would be ideal

  • Experience managing construction documents: drawings, contracts and insurance certifications is ideal but not required

  • Strong computer skills are essential. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • Experience with document management within a file-sharing system (dropbox, sharepoint, onedrive, etc.)

  • High School Diploma required, College degree preferred
