Certification/Documentation Engineer
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Certification/Documentation Engineer to oversee security and compliance within the organization, focusing primarily on cloud-based (SaaS) projects. This role involves maintaining baseline security certifications, coordinating internal and external audits, and ensuring adherence to rigorous standards such as SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001. The ideal candidate will manage the certification process end-to-end and work effectively with auditors to address and remediate any findings.

This is a fully remote position.
Work Environment
The role requires a proactive approach to managing certification processes and audits, with frequent interactions with both internal teams and external auditors. The successful candidate will be involved in full audits every three years, partial audits every two years, and annual compliance tasks.
