EPAM Systems Senior Inside Sales Manager (Southeast) - Remote in Atlanta, Georgia

Responsibilities
Expected to work independently and manage the day-to-day activities of the relevant sales force to implement the organization's overall sales strategy on a country level
Able to manage a sales territory, drive opportunities and attain and exceed sales quotas
Be involved in pricing strategies, cost estimates, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with Marketing on external sales-related events and attend trade shows. Possess excellent negotiation and people skills
Expected to have abilities to quickly learn; understand the business environment and able to identify opportunities for adding value to the Customer
Expected to have a good understanding of software development processes
Develops tailored and customized solutions to meet client needs
Write technical proposals, tenders, reports, and supporting literature
Negotiates terms of contract, SOWs, MSA, and other legal agreements
Establish clear and measurable goals for achieving the set KPIs
Develop and maintain an accurate and robust sales reporting methodology
Diligently uses Microsoft Dynamics or any other sales CRM system to maintain accurate records and internal communications
Collaborate and create strategic proposals and scope of services definitions
Requirements
Expected to have at least 8 years of sales management experience within the Technology Services/IT Consulting industry
Proven experience supporting pursuits in high-value revenue generation and client-direct selling
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships with various shareholders and work in a fast-paced environment, with strict timescales
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or any other sales CRM system to manage sales pipelines
Able to coach sales representatives on technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
