General Accountabilities in this Role
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
- Trouble shoot, identify, and assist in developing solutions for issues affecting production. Interact with customers, carriers, employees and all those necessary to provide excellent customer service.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure appropriate maintenance schedules are set and implemented.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Work with the customer service team on shipping issues and paperwork.
