We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be accountable for:

Drive Portfolio Growth:

  • Development and implementation of brand initiatives in alignment with the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints

  • Provide detailed briefs based on market insights and previous learnings to further enhance our brand awareness and education in the market

  • Execute key growth initiatives to deliver the yearly portfolio growth and market share targets as defined in the short and long-term Business Plan

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital initiatives

Creative and Activation Development:

  • Identify the strategic objectives and consumer/customer insight to develop a clear integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategies and brief agencies accordingly

  • Support development and evolution of multi-year marketing campaigns

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of branding initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage brand-related budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI

Key Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop effective and integrated working relationship with agencies (activation, media, packaging)

  • Build great working relationships with key ANZ team members, enabling flawless execution of initiatives by effectively utilising ANZ shared resources

  • Influence key stakeholders to embrace the proposed strategies, ensuring alignment and flawless execution of identified opportunities

What you will bring:

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • A university degree in either business, management or marketing

  • Ideally you’ll have some marketing experience, and 2-3 years experience within Mondelez at an equivalent level

  • Strong understanding and previous work experience in FMCG industry

  • Analytical skills to help gain insights for key business decisions

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
