We are looking for a talented and dynamic person to be our Inventory Controller within our Logistics team based in Avondale, Auckland.

In this role you will;

• Ensure on going Inventory Record Accuracy - monitoring of transactional data related to inventory movements, investigating and ensuring corrective action

• Perform checks and validation of BOMs and manufacturing set up in the ERP system that relate to inventory movements. Finding root cause and facilitate correction of issues and stock records.

• Coordinate and manage stocktake (twice yearly) - preparation, coordination, counting, data entry, investigations and reporting

• Conduct cycle counting of targeted items - completion of cycle counting of target items, investigation and correction of inventory records and fixing causes.

• Provide report of KPIs related to Inventory and Logistics related performance measures

• Provide assistance with investigation of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and resolution.

• Perform investigation and stock adjustments, in accordance with financial delegated authority

To be successful in this position you will have;

• Process-driven with an eye for detail, you will be a great fit if you have a background in stores, inventory, logistics or dispatch

• Strong proven history to ERP and inventory transactional/management systems and methodologies.

• Exposure to cycle counts and stock

• Exposure to ERP systems and specifically being able to run/develop reports from ERP data

• Prior experience running a stock take and inventory management skills/experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders well

• A high attention to detail and advanced numerical skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to ‘go the extra mile'

• Inventory analytics, Process review or development is advantageous
