You earn an hourly rate plus commission this puts your earning potential in the range of $35,000-$55,000/YEARLY or MORE
The driving force of the Marketing Department is our Outside Marketing Representatives. The Team Lead helps train, and keep our Outside Marketing Representativeson the right path out in the field.
High Energy, Strong face to face communication skills, the ability to learn our sales techniques, in addition to being able to stand or walk 8 hours a day!
Our Marketing Team canvasses neighborhoods. They will utilize face to face communication skills to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our company's sales team. This is an entry level position that will allow you to acquire many transferable skills and allow you to grow your current skill set. Outdoor Marketing Team Lead can move upward to the Assistant Marketing Manager position and then Marketing Manager. We have offices in 5 states and like to see our people advance in our company. A valid driver's license is a must for a team leader as you will be driving the canvas van around to the neighborhoods we are canvassing.

- Serve with a cheerful attitude while on your feet outdoors for up to 8 hours at a time
- Must be able to pass background check, valid driver's license is a must
