Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a professional, talented, and dedicated Bilingual HR Coordinator for our food manufacturing company. As an contract HR Coordinator, your primary duty is to enhance the company's human resources by managing smooth and efficient HR operations. The perfect candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our diverse team. This person should have extensive knowledge of HR functions, from hiring to on-the-job training. The primary focus would be on new hire orientations and internal employee correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute all administrative tasks involved in the hiring process such as posting job ads, organizing resumes, and scheduling job interviews.

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientations to cultivate a positive first impression.

  • Maintain the internal library of translated HR documents including policies, flyers, employee handbooks etc.

  • Conduct effective internal employee correspondence in both English and Spanish.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aimed at fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.

  • Address employee queries about benefits, company policies, etc and provide solutions or refer them to appropriate departments.

  • Participate in preparing HR metrics and relevant reports.

  • Assist in creating and revising job descriptions as necessary.

  • Maintain employee database, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.

Requirements • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Human Resources role within the manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of HR compliance and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise is required.

• Experience in coordinating new employee orientation and new hire orientations.

• Fluency in the Spanish language is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in food service management will be considered an advantage.

• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Proven track record in successful onboarding practices.
