Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Customer Service Representative with strong data entry and logistics coordination skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while managing accurate data input and assisting with logistics-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful solutions.
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing status updates.
Data Entry:
Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in company databases.
Verify the accuracy of data across systems while identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Organize and manage large volumes of data in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Logistics Coordination:
Collaborate with the logistics team to track and update shipment statuses for customers.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely communication with customers about delays or updates.
Support the coordination of warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and shipping processes.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics or data management is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics coordination is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain data accuracy in a high volume of transactions.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with supply chain and shipping processes is an advantage.
