Actively manages a team of therapists. Participates in supervision, feedback, and quality assurance checks. Provides mentorship, support, and consultation to social workers or professional counselors, as needed. Provides guidance, direction, debriefing, clinical staffing, and support to staff, including TCHATT clinical staff.Evaluates and provides diagnostic impressions. Formulates treatment plan according to evidence based practices and protocol. Conducts individual and family therapy sessions, as needed. Monitors patients for suicidal/homicidal intent and ensures patient safety if necessary. Undertakes crisis intervention, as needed. Maintains client records and performs data entry as required by protocols. Hires, orients, supervises, and evaluates Licensed Professional Counselors and Social Workers. Manages timesheets and review time away requests.Develops and implements quality improvement initiatives to analyze human, technical, and operational capacity and monitor outcome and efficiencies, including peer review, chart review, staff education, clinical guideline development, and other continuing education and quality assurance activities to demonstrate compliance with standards, regulations, policies, and procedures. May help with coverage, staffing, and workflow optimization.Attends appropriate training workshops, interdisciplinary meetings and client staffing as required. Applies knowledge and participates in the development and implementation of projects, and leading or participating in committees and/or workgroups. Performs all other duties as assigned.
