[[Position Summary: [[The Event Logistics Coordinator coordinates and oversees moderately complex Museum Rental events as well as internal events under the general supervision of the Head of Events with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. The Event Logistics Coordinator works closely with clients, external contractors, work crews, and Museum staff to ensure well-organized, well-executed, successful events that conform to clients' goals and the Museums standards for quality and safety. Performs all other duties as assigned while displaying a friendly, professional demeanor, sound judgment and interpersonal effectiveness in a high profile and fast-paced work environment, always striving to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Must be able to work with the Museum's 360 day-per-year schedule that may include weekends, evenings and holidays, including on short notice.*
