We are looking for high-caliber, motivated culinary professional.

What You Will Do

  • Manage, support and develop culinary team!

  • Assists Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations

  • Prepares and produces all of the meals ensuring food quality and exceptional presentation

  • Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while supporting the staff and managing all food related systems

  • Engaging in meaningful conversation to deliver supportive feedback to others

  • Analyzes recipes and plate presentation

  • Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and is properly maintained

  • Ensures correct procedure of preparation, presentation and portion control for all raw and cooked foods in accordance with The Well standards and food regulations

  • Rotation of hot and cold stations. Performs opening and closing side work

  • Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

What You Should Have

  • Proven ability to speak Spanish fluently is highly desired

  • 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen

  • A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position

  • Must have an accommodating attitude

  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
