Experience:
Hands-on Configuring Disbursements
DME configuration and payment program knowledge
Supporting electronic interfaces with other applications and business partners, such as A/P invoicing and domestic and international electronic disbursements with our Banks
Prepare system requirement specifications
SAP knowledge across FI
Great opportunity for an experienced and energetic person who can comfortably take on challenges in unfamiliar areas and has excellent communications skills. Experience with configuration of SAP’s FI-CO is strongly desired, including associated Subledgers such as A/P along with a thorough understanding of financial processes and how they interact across other SAP modules.
What You Will Do:
Work with a broad multi-disciplined user base to support system change requirements, develop functional specifications and support project execution
Act in a functional capacity with the expectation of supporting business processes and systems across multiple SAP functions
Hands on experience configuring Disbursements
Ensure solutions meet internal customer needs and Service Level Agreements is critical, and maintaining compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Sarbanes/Oxley
Supporting electronic interfaces with other applications and business partners, such as A/P invoicing and domestic and international electronic disbursements with our Banks
Responsible for ad-hoc projects and to provide guidance, measure deliverables and communicate with multiple levels within the organization is a desired competency.
Working with Tax on our Sales and Use Tax and VAT solutions
Prepare system requirement specifications
Responsible to analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to AP and Disbursements
Travel up to 5% domestically
Qualification You Must Have:
Typically, a Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting financial software applications and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree or minimum of 3+ years and an Advanced Degree
3+ years’ experience with the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize
DME configuration and payment program knowledge
Demonstrated solutions design expertise in financial areas
SAP knowledge across FI, CO, MM, SD and HR modules
Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contrac t
Qualifications We Prefer:
Defense Industry accounting experience
Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations
Functional finance experience
Global SAP deployment and implementation experience
S/4HANA
Added advantage in Experience with Banking Implementation and Integration
Fluent with Microsoft Tool Suite
Experience with Agile framework and Toolset: JIRA, TM4J and Charm
Familiarity with GAAP Sarbanes Oxley
Demonstrated Project Management proficiency
Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable and optimal solutions
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Critical thinker, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills, adding energetic input within a team environment
Detail Oriented with the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Potential to assume responsibility for ad-hoc projects that may require manpower resources during critical times

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
