The International expansion oversees Amazon Business Canada, Mexico and new launches. This role is for our Amazon Canada Team. Launched in October of 2019, Amazon Business Canada is applying the same entrepreneurial and innovative approach that delivered the Amazon.ca shopping experience, new technologies, products (like our Amazon Echo, Kindle e-readers, and tablets), and enterprise services (like Amazon Web Services). With our drive to reinvent on behalf of business customers, we are focused on building Amazon Business into the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace in the world. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between) from every industry vertical. The role requires innovative thinking and a strong customer and quality focus.

Amazon Business Canada is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of the Amazon's B2B business. You will be responsible for the merchandising of products on the website, planning and executing our onsite local and worldwide events, owning the launch and maintenance of storefronts, curating selection, and driving traffic. You will work closely with Marketing leads worldwide to experiment and leverage B2B event, storefronts and selection strategies.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop a year round calendar of onsite events and engagement strategy

  • Own the content refresh and marketing campaign execution for Homepage

  • Plan and execute new storefront creation for relevant B2B selection

  • Own reporting performance metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the leadership

  • Partner with the central marketing team to localize new feature launches

  • Execute shopping events for CA marketplace including high engagement events such as Prime Day, holiday et

A day in the life

  • Develop marketing campaign using Amazon internal tools

  • Prepare weekly performance reports

  • Meet with the Central Marketing team on a weekly basis

  • Partner with the vendor managers and seller managers to market new selection.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management

  • Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial

  • Experience using data visualization tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $53,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
